Who we are
gex.live is operated by Yevhen Maksymenko, based in Canada. Contact: [email protected].
What you are buying
gex.live reconstructs options dealer positioning — gamma, vanna, charm and related measures — from the options tape, and displays it as charts in your browser.
- Every historical session is free and needs no account.
- A subscription adds today's session, updating live while the market trades.
The product is the web terminal. Access to a machine-readable API is not included unless separately agreed in writing.
Not investment advice
Nothing on gex.live is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. What we publish is a measurement of where dealer inventory appears to sit, derived from public trade and quote data using models that are approximations and can be wrong.
We deliberately do not show buy or sell signals, price targets or directional calls. The terminal itself says so: there are no arrows because there is nothing honest to put in them. Any position you take is your own decision and your own risk. Trading options involves substantial risk of loss, including loss exceeding your deposit.
We do not guarantee that the data is accurate, complete, timely or uninterrupted. Market data feeds fail, exchanges revise data, and models have error. Do not use gex.live as the sole basis for a trade.
Price, billing and cancellation
- $49 per month, or $490 per year. Prices are set in US dollars; Stripe may display and charge the equivalent in your local currency at its own exchange rate.
- Billing renews automatically each period until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- You can cancel at any time from your account page, which opens Stripe's billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep access until then, and are not charged again.
- Deleting your account is different, and also available from your account page: it cancels the subscription immediately rather than at the period end, ends access at once, and is irreversible. There is no refund for the period already started — see the next point.
- We do not give refunds for periods already started, because the entire historical archive is free and permanently available, so you can evaluate the product in full before paying anything. If you were charged in error, write to us and we will fix it.
- Prices may change. Existing subscribers are told before a change affects them, and may cancel instead.
Your account
Accounts exist only to hold a subscription and are created when you subscribe. One account is for one person. Do not share your credentials, and do not resell, redistribute or republish the data — including by automated scraping of the terminal. We may suspend an account that does, without refund.
Availability
We aim to keep the live session running through every trading day, but we do not promise any level of uptime. The service depends on third-party market data that can and does fail. Free historical sessions are provided as-is.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Yevhen Maksymenko is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of gex.live. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using gex.live at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or if we stop offering the service — in which case we refund the unused portion of a period already paid.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. Material changes are posted on this page with a new date above, and subscribers are notified by email where the law requires it. These terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
